Topic: No sense games in tournaments

There are some tournaments, where all the winners of the rounds are known, but the next round can't start because some game has still not ended.
My recomendation is to begin the next round, when the winner of each group is defined, in spite of the not ended games.
My game with arbasa0804 is an example of what i'm trying to say (in my ugly english  )

En los torneos hay juegos que no contribuyen al resultado final. Sin embargo las rondas siguientes no pueden comenzar hasta que los mismos no terminen. Estaría bueno que esto no fuera así, que una vez que están definidos los ganadores de cada grupo, se de comienzo a la siguiente ronda. Y los partidos sin importancia sigan su curso normal.

I agree. Is it possible, Miguel? It would be very nice, as tournaments would take less time between two rounds. :-)

Other sites which offer similar types of tournaments also have this problem. I agree that the next rounds should be started once all the winners are determined. There are many players who drag the game, using all their available time.
