Uma is hotter than anything... She has a cute face and a body that wont quit... But what a horrible movie! It was all about killing, killing, revenge and more revenge for the sake of revenge...

If I would make it a point to take revenge upon people that has aggravated me I wouldn't be able to live my life! I honestly didn't get that movie... Too much killing...

I like action and violence in movies with a much deeper purpose!

well, for another interesting movie you have to watch the Korean movie Old Boy. It also deals with revenge and violence, but at the end of the movie it is the ending that will baffle you, not the violence.

Well, I was surprised for all the blood that I saw in that movie. But the killing and the revenge are a usual thing with Tarantino, nothing new.

I hated it... I didn't find anything of value in that movie... Another story goes for John Woo that leaves you wondering how was it possible to craft such movies like Face off, Charlie's Angels (ok, that one was cheesy but John did the best he could with it and there are some things worth remembering...), and Windtalkers?

If you want to see killing, action with a purpose look at this movie called Swordfish. Now that's pure adrenaline!

I enjoyed it. But I kept in mind what Tarantino was trying to accomplish with this film: creating, in his own style, an original work which could at the same time imitate and pay homage to (and also perhaps parody a little) many cult films and genres of the past, a world of cinema he grew up in and respected.

There are numerous allusions and references to, for example, "Spaghetti Westerns" and Bruce Lee martial arts. But it's also a sort of comic-book fantasy of high choreographic and artistic merit. I believe that ultimately balances are maintained between the violence and the humour, the action and the more emotive scenes. In fact, this movie fits into so many categories.

And there are surprising elements, too. Animation, flashbacks, a couple of twists. The soundtrack works perfectly - maybe it shouldn't, but it does! Plus, it's a refreshingly long film for a change.

Essentially, Tarantino took an age-old cinematic story and told it in an entirely new way. In my opinion Kill Bill is a clever, well-written masterpiece. One which surely cannot be compared with the usual Hollywood trash.
