how do u become an ESTABLISHED MEMBER cuz i dont see the organize a tournament link anywhere!

You become an established member automaticly when you finished a certain number of games and your rating is fixed.
I believe it is 20 (or 25) finished games. You only got 3 games done untill now, so you have to wait a little longer before creating your own tournement.

Dear chessfriend Miguel,
I had created a tournament and deleted it before any players entered and now the link does not appear to create a new one.
Was it some punishment and should I wait for some time?
