Dear Miguel,
What about include an option to post a FEN to start the games in a private tourment like challenge games? The beco's Kadas tournment i.e. use the Kadas opening.
I know that today the players may agree with the common firsts moves so it's just an improvement (more one hehehe)!

I second that very much! 
Even when agreeded, people make errors, like one of the Kadas Tournment, that was played 1. d4 instead of 1. h4, and then we are trying to save the game playing the whole line till move 5.
And also, please, make it rated even when using FEN position.
