I was pawn up in this game against strong opponent and forgot to take knight on f3 in move 14 as black and gave the pawn back and the game to. This is happening to often losing games in just one move, so I thing I just stop playing chess and find something else esier to do, godbay everione and thanks for the games.

If you ever read this message, one thing I've been learning with chess is accepting defeat and trying to get over it and carry on, because playing chess if fun no matter if you drop a piece or hang a Queen sometimes, but it is still a great hobby, or aestetic experience if you want to speak philosophically. Remember Kramnik being mated a few weeks ago. I bet he has invested much more of his life and heart than you, to have his ass kicked in that way, but life goes on, my friend, keep going! Have a good laugh and don't take yourself too seriously!

Well,David this is all strange..one loss is nothing and your 14.Kxg7 is not so bad is it? The game is far from over after 15.Nxe5 dxe5 16.Qxe5+ Kg8 rather even position. You miss down better game but resign was the real error!..I did a terrible error to CroCramnik some months ago in good position as well, but live goes one with happiness and sorrow..Just face this David and keep on playin..you will also win some good games!

We all know this kind of frustrating experiences. It's part of the game, and our growing pains. Take a deep breath and go on.

Losing a few games is healthy :)
"I have not given any drawn or lost games, because I thought them inadequate for the purpose of the book. There have been many times in my life when I came very near thinking that I could not lose even a single game. Then I would be beaten, and the lost game would bring me back from dreamland to earth. Nothing is so healthy as a thrashing at the proper time, and from few won games have I learned as much as I have from most of my defeats. Of course I would not like to be beaten at a critical moment, but, otherwise, I hope that I may at odd times in the future lose a few more games, if thereby I derive as much benefit as I have obtained from defeats of the past."-Capablanca
