Hi! I also have ChessMaster in my mobile. And, just to compare, the download cost me:
R$ 25.00 (Brazilian real) which is
US$ 11.8821 (exactly, 09/mar/07)
Next time I buy it in some indian site! 
(BTW, I bought in my mobile operator site: CLARO, http://tinyurl.com/36q9pj)
I bought it last year, but I just checked the site again and the price is only R$10,00 or US$ 4.76...
Well.. well... my... my...

Ah! I found also this other chess games there (all for R$10,00):
* Karpov 3D Advanced Chess
* Xadrez Mephisto
So, maybe you can find the same games in your operator site, or in the home page of the games (I dont know where, sorry).
