Short explanation regarding Russian. Someone wrote Po polski, ya ne vsyo ponimayu! what (I guess) was intended to be in Polish. But it was not, it was in Russian (Я не всё понимаю, written in transcription). In Polish it would be Nie wszystko rozumiem.
