I'm wondering why on this website there are so much Brazilian people

Yes i'm italian. But no answer was given to my previous question: why so much brazilian players?

Nobody knows for sure. With Orkut is the same thing.
The number of people connected to the Internet has been growing fast, and the time spent at the computer too.
Many people thirsty for the new, and probably the "hearsay" works very well here, like "did you hear about a correspondence chess site called Queenalice?" and in a month the message spreads like the California fires.
Queenalice may have been linked on some popular Brazilian chess site from the deep South too, because they used to play here in great numbers. Who knows!

On other sites happens exactly the opposite.
On Netchess almost all Amiricans and other English speaking countries, No brazlians.
