I voted for myself but where was my vote? Ops, sorry, this is for GM of Chess. I taught all the GM including the GM-IBD.

Garry Kasparov !!!
He defeated to Karpov and all Campomanes's system in the FIDE .
Fischer did the same thing with Spassky but later by ilogical reasons didnt't play anymore to defend his title and start his reing.
For that cause my vote is to Garry Kasparov

Kasparov stoped to play before we realized he wasn't number one any more. He couldn't longer beat any of the best with King's Indian as black. Kramnik was too strong.
Interesting that never a CC player is mentioned when we are talking about who was/is the best chess player.
Purdy was very strong in his time, for example. And there are very strong after him.

I think it should be special column about who is the best corr GM ever?...My vote there will be Timmerman...
