Is there any chance of having a blitz section where players can play 5 /10 or 15 minute games? I see Red Hot Pawn has one!

That would be nice indeed. I like to play a few blitz games a day which I play now on other sites. I would prefer to play them here!

I think this would dramatically complicate the site. In particular, it would be necessary to maintain separate ratings for the two kinds of chess since they are so different -- ones' ability to play blitz doesn't have an awful lot to do with one's strength at correspondence chess.
Since there are a lot of improvements that could be made to the correspondence side (conditional moves, better statistics, sorting options for played games, auto E-mailing of completed games and so on), I would hope that adding blitz functionality to the site would be of low priority.

You do not have to have the blitz games rated. Its for fun! I like to play quickly and enjoy quick games!

For now you can play rated blitz at other sites - www.uchess.com - is the best I have found.
