Hi every one and specially the admins,
Can we have in our settings and the choice of our country, the Tibet ?
Maybe it will be a small step for us, but a giant leap for mankind ?
Tx a lot, Matrick

Allo Matrick,
The ones in charge of the People's Republic of China regard Tibet as an unalienable part of their territory. To make a statement to the contrary will make them unhappy. They will not take action against a private person doing so, but it might be too great a risk for an organisation like QueenAlice.com. Would we want to take the risk of having our server overrun to the point of unusability by some civil servants who are used to taking orders, no matter how strange they may seem?

If you actually click on one of the little flag icons, you'll see that Miguel is simply using the ones supplied by the CIA. The CIA apparently doesn't consider Tibet a separate entity...

Now that you mention it, centroid, I did see CIA.gov addresses come by after pressing Move or changing screens or something. But ah, I considered. Must be some fluke. No one's going to spy on a mediocre chess player like me ..are they? But the flags may need to be reuploaded when getting ready to face the next screen. Good. I've talked myself out of paranoia. Back to the ol' grandiosity, then!

h, Just found out something interesting! Mousing over a flag will reveal the name of the country, but most of us will have noticed that. But have you left-clicked yet? That leads to the CIA World Factbook, where you can learn more about your (or anybody else's) country than you would even want to know! Pretty cool fringe benefit for using Queen Alice! However,
Hey, the doorbell. Who could that be at this hour? Let's look out the window. Hmm, two well-dressed men with sunglasses on. Better send this off and see what they want with me.

Hey Fauquinelle, the thread owner is Matrick, not Matrix (no, it sounds more like MIB)!
But I support his idea. Autonomous communities inside larger countries usually do have their own "national" flag. We could have flags for Galiza, Euskal Herria and Catalunya (inside Spain/France), Kurdistan (inside Turkey/Iraq/Iran), Palestine (a still-to-be-born country roughly half of today's Israel) and, why not, for invaded Tibet!
