Anyway, lohitha2001, your opponent has been very polite, more than most opponents who do not even answer "good game" when you tell them "good game" at the beginning of the game....
This is certainly not a showoff nor a "faux pas".

Anyway, it is recommended that you write in at least a little English as this is a more universal means of communication. How hard can it be to learn a simple Thanks for the game. Or Well played?

the "BabelFish" translations suggests that lohitha's opponent is hoping to meet her "in another tournament or another way", which is totally false ! "on en fera peut-être une au cours d'un autre tournoi" means that "maybe he will be playing another game with her in another tournament", not he hopes to, or, more important, not that he hopes to MEET her another way....which could be understood as an invitation...
