Is there any way to exclude from tournaments players who have numerous "time expired" losses?

It's really a difficult thing to finish tournaments.
May be the idea would be to have a victory when the time is expired a whole month?

The idea had already been implemented, there is an automatic claim if the time is expired a whole month

...And I move that, for tournaments, this should be shortened to two weeks! Playing a game as two individuals is one thing, but if you enter a tournament, you are committing to a group effort. My first tournament, two rounds double round robin, lasted more than ten months, and the last month and a half we already had a winner.

May be if the system have a count of those "time expired losses" for each player and you are not allowed to participate according to that rate, as when you can only join if you have less than 50 active games.

When a new round begins it would be a good idea for the qualifiers to have to express interest in participating before the new groups are formed. In a tournament I am in, 5 players qualified for the second round. I was put into a group with one player, and he immediately resigned both games (good for my rating I guess). The other group of 3 has a player who has left the QA universe. It would have been nice if we could just had one group with the 3 who still want to participate.
