One of your opponents is currently 'On vacation until Aug 14 2009' (tomorrow).
There is nothing to prevent him taking one or two days' Vacation Time as he wishes but each member has a total of 45 days. Since they don't carry over into the next year this is the maximum number he could use, up until 23 November.
Perhaps it would be useful for members to see how many possible days their opponents have left.

An Australian chap used the same tactic on me this summer, endlessly postponing his moves in two tournament games. Not that he really needed to: his rating's 300+ points higher than mine and he was the exchange ahead in both games. At long last, he won them. He is now the first person on my 'ignored' list. I hope not to meet that one again!

Indeed, it would appear that some members are not in fact on vacation but simply out to lunch

Also when one is playing fifty games simultaneously they can easily get overwhelmed with keeping up and even miss a few meals in the process,
