Wow, that is really weird. Looks like there might be a bug in the rating system for timeout games ... there are quite a few like that on that user.

I bet the formula for the ratings changes doesn't hold up when there is a large discrepancy between ratings during tournaments.

This guy has a similar problem; although he has the ability to win games without logging on!

Hmm, then perhaps the easiest way to lower your opponents' ratings is to challenge them and never make a move
