Not sure what you're getting at, richerby. Do you have some specific insight about Manhattan?
I don't know that much about the project but I believe it is an existing property that will be torn down to build the new center.
I don't know for certain but I would think there would be many old properties for possible sale if the price is right. In many cases, the 'land' as you say is more valuable than the existing structure. There would be thousands of potential buildings so ... no, I don't think they would have any problem finding an alternative location.
There are plenty of good folk that would help them too.

I´d add:
iii) It´s not clearly proved who perpetrated the 9-11 crime, as the official version is hardly believable. Indeed, US governments are well known liars.
iv) A conflict against Islam? A ludicrous idea, as Saudi Arabia is most conservative among Islamic countries and, I think, it is also a close US ally.
