Please, anyone knows what it's meaning to time as 1 d/m [+7d] ?

It means that the basic time limit for the game is one move a day, but you have a bank of 7 days, so if you fail to move quickly at certain stages of the game, you can avoid a time default!

But - going back to the main thrust of this thread - I have tracked down a web blog that seems to belong to Miguel Grinberg, so I am going to try and contact him there.

The re are some guys that chooses not to claim the outstanding games and stop the tournament for ever.
This situation is very bad to the site . I am thinking do not play again in the site because the Administrator do not take any acción. He is blind and soundless to this claims. Sorry.
