Good day to you Miguel ! Is it possible to have team tournaments in the near future for this site. Each team has 4 players on it and have board 1,2,3 & 4.We could create our own team and ask some others if they want to join in our team.I mention 4 players ( its only options )may be more than 4 players depends what we agree on it.I think this is exciting tournaments and fun.  voltesfive

Do you have any suggestions about how to do the pairings between two teams?
To be fair that should be a double round robin as in the individual tournaments, so if each team has 4 players each player will get 8 games and the total games for the match will be 32.
In a tournament, pairs of teams will be randomly chosen and after each match the winning team will advance to the next round.
Does that sound good? If you know a better way let me know.

in my oppinion it should be better to let the highest rated players of each team play against each other with both collours,and so on.
