Well, my suggestion is this: Captains set up a rating zone in the game, so say like this:
Board 1: 2000-1800
Board 2:1800-1600
Board 3: 1600-1400
Board 4: 1400-1200
Board 5: 1200-1100
Board 6: 1100-0
And that they could be interchangable between matches, so higher rated teams couldn't pick on lower rated teams!
