Perhaps inactive teams, or inactive team members, could be deleted by either the site or the captain. Who knows?

Yes, the team captain may have the right to delated inactive players, if he like.

I think that a team could have 8 members... One as leader... But we could have more people on the team as "side-step"... And also a "second group" on the same team...
:-D

All teams started from 1 member. Hopefully those who create teams will be willing to manage their teams and keep their teams growing.

User Created Teams

20 Max Per Team

Teams should challenge other teams with 1 to 20 members taking part from each team, also with this when setting up a challenge, there should be a rating next to the players name for equal game play during the match

I don't think there should be a limit to the number of members a team has.

Large teams can often play several matches, against several other teams.

Small teams and large teams will be able to compete fairly if team captains are allowed to mutually agree how many players will be involved in a team match.

For example, if I'm the captain of Team A, which has 20 members, and I want to challenge a smaller team, Team B, which has 10 members, and a larger team, Team C, which has 35 members, I could agree with Team B's captain that each team will have 3 representatives in the match, while I could agree with Team C's captain that each team will have 5 representatives in the match.
