actually that last part is what team play is, one member vs one member from another team, though it could span throiugh 5, 10, or 20 members, i say 20 due to the fact people will join one clan cause its winning and if theres a limit on players then they will have to join other teams, if team play becomes avaiable here, Managers will have the right to start games on their teams behalf, which will put a need for an option that wouldnt allow the manager to start games for them, then private team forums would be useful.
I say 20 Max for now and if needed they could always change it.
