nations flag could be an option for those who
feel unrepresented or lack a flag representing
their historical but yet non-nation state culture.

..some players belong to old cultures that have
been territorially absorbed by national states
and they would like to play under the icon of their culture...it is like aboriginal north americans wanting to put up a picture of chief
joseph or chief seattle instead of a montana or
alberta flag..
