I dont think there are enough active Indians to have an Open India Tournament.

Sorry Nerdling, you cant. 
Only after finishing your first 25 games you are allowed to create a private tournment.
But again, in the Brazilian Tournment I put the message and asked someone else to create the tournment (wich dilucia accepted in the second message on the forum).
The problem was that we can create only one single tournment at time, and I had already started Kadas Tournment (thematic with Kadas opening).
So, you can start the discussions!

I find a great idea this of creating a tournament between regional champions. Unfortunately, I dont take part in the Brazilian tournament. But even so, I wish to all an excellent experience. It is going to be a great dispute. Kindly, A. Gil.
