Sorry for the mistake above, but:
If you want to create a new tournment of your country, to be part of the I-WC, the recomended control time is:
3 days/move + 14 days of bank reservation.
Also, you can use alternatively 7 days/move + 7 days of bank.

I think the next tournment (II-World Championship) we need to unify it. I suggest to be official the faster option.
After all tournments finishing, the I-WCC will be 3 days/move + 14 days bank.
