Why the program don´t automatic draw when are inside the board only two kings? In a game ended today me and my opponent do the draw after two turns with this condition.

It happens the same way that an OTB game: there is no automatic draw! ALWAYS a player has to claim it... If, for any reason, your opp refuses a draw, you can always talk to the arbiter - Miguel, ID 1

FIDE rules say that the game is automatic draw with two kings left

As I understand it, the rule is that it's an immediate (automatic) draw as soon as a position arises where there can be no mate with any series of legal moves (even with the worst possible play), this includes K vs K, K vs K+B(N) or positions that lead to such endings by force (e.g. K vs K+Q, where the lone K has no other moves than capturing the Queen).
I guess that if there's no arbiter present, he should still be notified, but I guess the two players should have the common sense to agree to a draw and not proceed. The only problem might if a player's time runs out, but if a drawn (like K vs K) position arises before that, it's still a draw.

I think it is true...
K vs K, K vs N and K vs B should be automatic draw when it appear...
The other "common sense" positions, it is problematic to program in the site, but this 3 above would help a lot if implemented.
Cheers, Beco.
