My idea is that first that all challance games should NOT be rated,its really training games. Only ELO will given for tournament games.
That will finist situation that members frome same country (ore some players) play to each others in result agree games for gaining points.

Second: At least if challance games will be rated, then if player is rated 500 ELO ore more than his opponet he dont get any ELO for win and if the lower rated player win he only get 1 point.

But in tournament is different ofcorse)

No way.
On GameKnot and QueenAlice, I often go to the member list and challenge opponents of appropriate ratings, as a way of quickly getting games with online members.

Gambitshark, you can challenge someone to an unrated game; isn't that good enough?

any reason for that? we do have a formula that calculates rating... why would we state this 'special' rule!?
