Yes, I agree. My QA point is certainly much higher than my real strength. It seems that there's no good way for it except we can have more active players.

I know my real-life rating's nowhere near 1700.
(P.S. It's worse on ChessWorld.net. If my rating there is to be believed, I'm a budding FM!)

But that is another problem (not a inflation problem as was happening before in QA and not now imho).
And comparison with OTB ratings is allways difficult in correspondence chess.
You can allways ask "How do -any kind of correspondence chess site ratings- compare to real word ratings? wuthout a definite answer, I think.
