That's soooo long ago! But congratulations, more for staying with it all these months than only for winning!

Although this is not about tied winners but selection for the Round -2
This is related to http://www.queenalice.com//tournament.php?id=542&round=1

The above AUTO-ADV-127 is already decided.Look at the statistic for round-1

This following selection is made for Round-2

If u look at my scoresheet, u will note that it is same as that of both maeaton and Marcost.I would be thankful if someone could solve it for me.

Sakhan, the best from one group go to the next round. In case of tie inside the group, both players go.

In Group 1: maeaton and MarcosT made 8 points each, and they are the winners of group 1. Both go to next round.

In your group 2: sripradeep is the winner with 12 points. There is not a tie, because you made only 8.

It is the winner (or winners) who goes to next round.

Do you understand now?

Cheers,
Beco.

I've gotta say... I won a tournament because of method 2. Look at this:
http://queenalice.com/tournament.php?id=1057

Maybe the first method is not a real tie-break, as much tourneys use method 2...
