hi admin,
I dont know wheather it is allowed by the rules or not, my opponent have made a mistake and he wants to take it back,i agree to that.So can u do it for us.

You could agree to abandon the game and then start a new one from the position before the mistake.

I dont understand wheather it isnot allowed in correspondence chess or u mean that we dont have that option, i think that thereis a differnce between the two. well richerby ,its a nice idea. thanks for that!

Taking back moves is not allowed in formal competitive chess of any kind (over-the-board or correspondence). There's no option to directly take back a move here, either.
In a tournament game, there's nothing you can do but in a challenge game, the trick I suggested could work. (But I'm not sure if a game from a non-standard initial position can be rated.)
