of course i mean the same, but the egg never have came along with chicken(rooster), and the poor hen cant doit on its own.

So if u say it, then we still have a problem, from where do we get the hen, no problem!, leave it to rooster.

:-D

Have a good night.

Well, an ordinary chicken can have mutated children. For example, there's a goose in England that has four legs. I would argue that the egg that hatched from would be a four-legged-goose egg, since it contained a four-legged goose, even though it was laid by an ordinary goose.

So, likewise, I would say that any egg that contains a chicken is a chicken egg, rather than that any egg laid by a chicken is a chicken egg.

If you believe in the Bible, I think the chicken came first. The Genesis account indicates that fully grown plants and animals were created

If the theory of evolution is correct then it should be the chicken that came in first.the chicken evolved from birds which evolved from fish which evolved from jellyfish which evolved from single cell animals.

it was neither the egg or the chicken that came first but rather a life form that was not a chicken...that life form gave birth to it's continuim ( an egg ) and so on..but to narrow the question beyond first and second as between the chicken and the egg it is obviously the chicken as the egg is the adapting life form and changes the chicken line..
