What is the monatary value of a QueenAlice award?  If one cheats then it also has no sentimental value. What do I are if someone cheats. Does it matter if I am playinf Bob, Fritz or some combination of the two. If I was afraid of losing I would not play kirkland or shogun.

Norms can be bogus. IM and GM norms seem to work, several years the USCF experimented with class norms. I know of players under 2200 that earned a lifetime over 2400 title. I think the title QueenAlice Lifetime Expert could be awarded when someome has had a rating over 2000 at the completion 100 games. Only count games if the post rating is over 2000. What we call an expert or master and how many games would be discussed if the idea of lifetime title was agreed upon. I am USCF 1765 but QueenAlice 1974. I think ratings on QueenAlice are easier than USCF. USCF is generally considered 100 points easier that FIDE.
