Congratulation to you tewald for reaching 1000 games. Since I joined queenalice less than two years ago, I just have 45 games. I don't know if I will ever reach the 100 games mark.
If I reach that 100 games, it will be a big celebration for me because I think I will have a hard time to reach that 100 games because I'm too busy for my other chess sites, posting in every forums, advertising my true and real name, my activities, my hobby ballroom dancing and more.
I can just tell you that I posted a thread at chesshere with a title of "Answer and Queation" that reaches more than 1000 post and counting and now it's almost 2000 post. I have also a thread title "Yes or No" and also reaches 1000 post and counting and almost 2000 post.
I hope that I will reach the 100 games here but I think it will take time.

Thanks, Ray, BTW, I started here about 2.5 years ago, so you aren't that far behind me in that way.

Yes tewald, I'm not far behind you but you have already 1000 games completed against my 45 games. I can not even reach 100 games how much more the 1000 games. When I reach that 100 games, maybe I will celebrate. That will be years from now.

But, Ray! You're retired, and only playing one game at a time! I work full-time, do database developing work on the side, sometimes (although not right now) teach college on the side, and play about the same number of games on another site. Not to mention being driven nuts by ADHD grandchildren.  BTW, Monday (12/17) will be my 30th wedding annniversary. So you COULD play more games if you wanted to.
