A while ago I had 4 friendly,s with a very nice chap from Bahia,Brasil,arq40. He had the flag of Laos or Cambodia. Later the flag changed into the Malaysian and Indonesian one, and then to Macao. So I asked him why he changed all the time, and he told me that he was sailorman, and always put the flag of the country they were heading to. I said, good for you youre going to Macao, because you can talk portuguese again, and your Malay and Vietnamese is lousy When our games finished, he was in Zambia,Africa. Today, a few months later I checked, and he is still there. His boat sunk problabe in the Zambeezi-river. But good news chess-friends. As I was worried, I checked. He did not drawn, this morning he was online.
For the 1st.National Team Championship I asked Appalacchia to play for Bulgaria. She had that flag behind her name. She answered me that she would like to, but that she was from the States. I ask, Why BG-flay? She; O, I like that one. Meanwhile she changed about 5 times. Most likely she is a flag-freak. At the moment it is Spain. That I understand, a bit of chess, a bit of sangria & tapas, and lots of flamengo.
Phy... Why don,t you ask technicaldraw were he is really from?
