 Hello All...My Mother taught me to play chess when I was nine years old and we played for quite a few years. Now that I am a Mom, I taught my son to play chess and he joined a club in his school in first grade. He is now in High School and he still plays with me his Dad and younger brothers. Unfortunately it turned out that I only had boys, but if I had a girl she would be playing too.
On a side note when I was in High School it wasn't cool for a girl to play chess...I did anyways...I might not be great but I love learning from my mistakes...

 Do not feed the trolls. Concerning this thread, feeding trollettes is acceptable. But the male trolls have claimed enough hunting grounds as it is.
