for those of us that make a ton of moves and don't want to wait months between rounds, would it be possible to have a "3 day per move" tournament instead of the current? also, include no vacation allowed for tournaments. i can't tell you how many tournaments i'm in where people take 20 move vacations within their first 10 moves...if you know you're going away for 20 days, have some sense and don't start a tournament!

3 day move tournaments would be good. Or have some 7 day move tournaments that do not permit vacation time outs. Then players could choose.

3-day tourneys sound good to me, too. Hey, refutor...I've had people START a tourney on vacation! Sheesh...

I agree with all the previous postings. A 3 day move tournament with NO vacation allowed sounds like a good idea!

Why not go further. If it's possible to implement, why not have games with a "no vacation allowed" flag?

3-day tourney with no vacation will be agood a alternative to fill up the gaps of the regular tourney with vacation.
