I've never met any cheat in an open tournament, although haven't joined any this year.
Personally, I'm not worried if someone cheats to beat me, they still had to play within the rules of chess.

The only ones anyone is fooling by cheating is themselves.A very hollow victory when one wins outside of the rules of Queen Alice.
