I think I will go with Mustang's advise. I guess we need to assume everybody has his own motive or purpose why they continue to play a game and should never ask a player to resign regardless of the condition. It may be hard for players who understands the game better than the others but I guess we need to really respect each other.

what are the ethics in chess? is asking an opponent to resign something that should never be done whatever the circumstances or should you be frank to be open for enlightenment?
what are the "DONT's" in chess ethics?

aesnihc, I think the "DON'T's" are:
*Don't ask your opponent to resign *Don't talk about your opponent level, example: "I am better than you!" *Don't use chess playing engines (correspondence chess) *Don't use a rude vocabulary

......... the most difficult thing in chess is win a won game said some gaint may be Bobby.
asking a apponent to resign is similar to accepting that man i couldnot checkmate u here , so u should resign.imagine a king vs two bishops ending it will always be wining but really demanding effort especially to me (if not for u people.) have a nice day
