How bout having tournaments to where only citizens of a country can join, like an all USA tournament

Why not teams with members from all countries. One team-captain and a team-name.

Yes, I agree but the most important thing is establish a set number of players to be on a team. Some sites have "teams" consisting of one or two (inactive) players while other teams have over 50 members. Not quite equitable and doesn't make for even competition! One site I know has dozens and dozens of teams with different numbers of players and different degrees of inactivity. Perhaps inactive teams, or inactive team members, could be deleted by either the site or the captain. Who knows?
