*The tounament will be only for National teams.
*16 Teams with 3 players each
(could be a little more or less)
*Swiss system: 1 game at the time for each player.
*16 or less Teams = 4 rounds
more then 16 Teams = 5 rounds
The Tournament don,t start with an uneven number of Teams, no byes.
The players will be devided in 3 Groups by their Rating. No drawing.
Board 1:The highest rated players from each country
Board 2:The middle rated players
Board 3:The lowest rated players
In case 2 or more Teams end up with the same score, the second round starts with the best 8 Teams = 3 rounds more.
(In case nr.8 and 9 have the same points, only the first 6 go to the final)
For this second round, Teams are only allowed to replace a player, if he lost on Time-Out in the first round.
If after the first round 1 Team is alone in first spot, the Championship could be finished, although I leave this open for discussion.

Hi Leo,
Wait a little to start the tournament. The Brazilian team will be formed by the three best ratings. Somebody is inviting them.
