20 Teams! Great job Kloosterveen!
I was wondering, if we have exactly 20 teams, we could use the automatic swiss paring like this:
We create a private tournament only with one representative of each team, lets say, the strongest (board 1).
As the tournament goes on, the others boards 2 and 3 follow the same pairing that QA gave.

PS. Also: we can create 3 private tournaments, 1 for board 1, one for board 2 and one meant only for board 3. But this has the inconvenience that the team will play different countries each round. But there is no harm in that.

As you can read at my first statement, what you suggest here, was exactly my intension.
Unfortunally there are 21 Teams know, and still Norway to come.
I will ask Miguel to help us out, and make an execption.

"TO ALL TEAM CAPTAINS AND ALL PLAYERS"
1.On request of Norway, the deadline for inscribtion has been prolonged until Wednesday 7 November 12.00 G.M.T.
2.The same counts for making alterations in teams.
3.On Thursday 8 November I will open 2 new pages:
A.Final SEt-Up.:All the Teams, The Groups, and afterwards updated with the Results and Classification tables.
This page should be only used by me.
A.Anew page for:Questions, Remarks and Discussions.
4.For case I ended up with a uneven number of Teams, I had already a standby team.
This would be ( as the country with about 1/3 of the active members from Queen Alice) Brazil B.
As there was some confusion between me and the spanish, (I speak portuguese to them) I ended up with 2 spanish teams.
Now it looks like there will be 22 teams, I suggest (as Spain is the 2nd. country in potential) to let both Teams play.
The we have got 24 teams, and in case I am not be able to open on each board only 1 Group, the set-up would look like follows.
Round 1.
For all 3 Boards:
In order of the total in rating of the 3 players of the teams.
Group A: Nr.1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21 and23.
Group B: Nr.2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20,22 and 24.
Round 2 and final round:
Group A: Nr.1 untill nr.12 Classificated in the 1st.round
Group B: Nr.13 untill 24
Hope everybody agrees. We should see this tournament as a Try-Out for the future, with good sports, fair-play and lots of fun.
