Shed some light on what? You made a feature request, I took note of it, like I do with everything else suggested in this forum. When I get to do the next site update I'll see if I can fit this in. I can't promise it though.
You can keep the discussion up as long as you want, that's between you guys, nothing that you say will make any difference to me, I'm not looking to you to decide if this feature is worth implementing or not, I can make that decision by myself.

Regicide13 is spot on I think in her/his analysis. You've written that you don't like the idea, so why not just let it go. Those who still want the implimentation (if it's possible) can carry on with reasons why, and gain support. Carrying on in such a fashion just leaves me thinking that you're being argumentative just for kicks, or that you've got some previous grudge against xSmashOrBeSmashedx and will just shoot down her/his idea on principle.
I for one do support increasing the message limit, or eliminating it altogether since I like chatting with friends while I play. For friends who live far away, it is more akin to sitting across from each other, throwing disses or what have you.
