Well, we are in a difficult situation but we'll do our best. And we can still win by 6-10!!!
By the way, I'm totally surprised you use the name "lechon" as this is a spanish name for the small pig, but it is only normally used in some parts of Spain (the centre, more or less).
I have just checked in my Oxford English dictionary and there is no such lechon as an english word.
Do you use in the same way as us, "small pig", please?
Do you pronounce it as us, stressing the o, lechOn?
The normal way to eat it is roasting it?
You know, there are some restaurants in Spain, located in very very small towns, where plenty of people comes only to have "lechon" or "cochinillo" (other name for a small pig). One of these restaurants is "Casa Candido" in Segovia.
So, as I can not send you a Spanish lechon, if you win, I promise to trasnlate to english the spanish recipe for roast lechon, in order you can compare, my Pinoy friends.
