Marcell, the teachers' unions would love your opinion, but I have to agree with richerby on this one. It would be nice if we could educate people out of starting wars, but it will never happen; it's what's in people's hearts, not what's in (or missing from) their heads that causes wars.

Nerdling, why would you take that as directed at yourself? Marcell said it's the sole cause of wars; are you the root of evil or have you caused wars?
OTOH, your mistake is one of ignorance, but you need to know what "ignorance" means. It is not a pejorative in its basic meaning; it simply means a lack of knowledge. We are all ignorant of many things; life does not give us enough time to know everything, even if we had that capacity.
