You can only send one move reminder per move. In most cases, I don't bother -- it's each player's responsibility to keep up with their games.

Is a personal decision of any player accept or not, so: the reason because a particular player won or lost can not be put under discusion.

I think that the system should end the game as soon the time expires. Maybe it could send a warning email when there is 6 or 12 hours left.
Maybe there could be an option of a "timeless game" (like the unrated game) to those who want to play without time controls.

I think that should certainly be an option. Why should my opponent get an extra few hours for his move if the deadline happens to be at a time when I can't get to a computer?
