I followed Duncan's suggestion and added a note to the main post. I also moved the thread to the Off Topic forum, I don't think it belongs in Chess Articles.

None taken  I don't feel the need to set the rules, I'm just expressing myself, I was inspired by several discussions I've seen on QA about cheaters and stuff like that. And I'm certainly not trying to impose anything, as my footnote clearly says. 
In the end, it all comes down to what razoman said: "Chess is a gentleman's game". 
@miguel: Thanks for the bolded note, I thought this "officiality" might be a problem
