fyi... you can turn off emails being sent to you from the email options located on the preferences section this way you don't need to be notified that its time for you to move for the game.

"On the other hand, if you don't receive your e-mail notification, if you start a game that you don't really care about, you really would need a reminder sooner or later. %-)
In the end, it's all just a matter of personal preference Peace! 8-)"
I'm pretty sure lecterror knew how to turn off his emails notification. peace bro!

I'll be frank here, I WILL claim games against weaker opposition, especially if they should have resigned in the first place, an example game is:
where I'm up a few pieces early, if the opponent should resign in the first place and I can claim a game, I WILL, but in even positions I send reminders and if they don't move I claim anyway's.
4. Don't claim games. This one is even more confusing. Why shouldn't you claim a game. "The guy is simply too late." Again, your opponent might have problems in real life. Perhaps he got fired, divorced, perhaps someone died in the family. Have consideration. Although unlikely to happen, it is still possible. We can split this rule into two:
4b. If you're playing against a weaker opponent, DON'T claim games! If you have a rating of 2400 and your opponent is 1300, why claim a game? You won't gain much, and you'll probably beat the hell out of your opponent anyway. So if you're going to win, don't make your opponent depressed by claiming a game. Playing the game until the end has many advantages for your opponent:
